This weekend, a total of 18 developers, translator-, documentation- and student-project members descended on Trondheim and Pirsenteret to further make Skolelinux ready for the Lenny release.

The Gathering was focused on an overall revamp of the great efforts from 2008 and continued support throughout all far-reaching corners of the project. One of the many great things during this gathering was the initialisation of new student projects into the main developer tree. We also got a new demo of practical use of the Rosegarden suite and the Documentation Webteam made great strides into reengineering (once again!) the web that represent the Debian Edu project and the Skolelinux distribution as a whole.
